We each have regrets. Times when we did something or something was done to us that we wish could be taken back. The past is immutable, but we often wish we could go back in time to change the things we regret the most. How different would life be?

At times the pain of our regrets becomes unbearable, but, if all the regrets, the mistakes, and the injustices were thrown into a cauldron, what would we learn?

It's a part of who we are and who we become.
