This one gave me some trouble, there were so many versions of it that I had mixed feelings on, that I constantly kept second guessing myself. With music though, that's always been good for me. The sound you first hear is what I would describe as rough, maybe "gripey", and then you hear smoother tracks flow in and eventually calm to just a piano. From there things get more solid with also that rough feel again ending with the opening track along with the piano and more serious string. The title came from how the music itself makes me think of how I self-reflect. My thoughts can be lighter and heavier, balancing between the two and still seem stoic to me.
