You know how all pop songs are mostly about love and hate? Well this song/tune represents the same thing. A man is going through a divorce with his women when he just can't take the pain anymore and he is just running in the rain regretting all of the things he did. Finally in the end, he just gives up and is now sitting, on the curb, waiting for a miracle to happen.
