Losing Your TEMPER! created by Meirala 10 years ago
We all get angry at times, and certainly we all "lose our temper(s)" ~ but what does that commonplace expression actually mean?
Does it mean one loses control of one's anger and releases it indiscriminately? Or does it mean one lashes out in not-well-controlled hostility whilst keeping the very most important - nay, crucial - aspect of anger, the desire to bring CHANGE, from doing its part?
This is what I call release out of Confluence, and angry energy released in this way is always destructive!
If one releases the energy in confluence with the patterns and protocols of LIVING, and remembers the golden rule "Protect Me, Protect You," one will release anger in the most constructive way and bring change instead of wreaking havoc.
Keeping your TEMPER does not mean holding in your angry energy until you burst a blood vessel! It means making certain the release is done in confluence with the real patterns of life & living all around you. Its real purpose is to BRING CHANGE!
An angry individual is an agent of Change.
