I had to face the loss of the most wonderful being I have ever had the blessing to know - my dear sweet C.C.. Holding her as she passed was pure torment; but I had to let her know how much I loved her. I feel so empty since then that I don't want to go on most days; I don't know how to. It's been more than a year and I still awake in tears every day. I want to dream about her, but I haven't yet and it makes me sad.

Music is the only way I know to express loss and joy.
