I made this remix for two reasons:
1) For ROLOYOYO, who I thought should know that it's okay to cry, and it's even better to let go. It really is challenging, not dwelling on the negative, but trust me, there is so much positive to be discovered. You remain you, important and unique, no matter what has happened in life. Allow yourself to move on. Gather your spirit and your being and put it into something you love. I hope this more upbeat version of the song makes you smile :)
2) I already had an idea for a "redemption" song of sorts, so I thought it would be an interesting way to express empowerment by remixing a sad song into a more happy perspective. Idk I think I accomplished that?
