T.V. Head Girl is a Character of mine who has a t.v. for a head... She can't speak actual english but she's very fluent in Leet and other languages: German, Russian, and Spanish are the ones she'sfluent in. So ya,She doesn't exactly have a mouth, but then she does at the same time, an actual mouth appears when she is eating.She shows eotions using emoticons and she loves to eat chocolate.
