This song is about the man I have been talking about in my previous songs. His name is, well, the same name as the name of this song. How repetitive... :P
Anyways, after the man dances with his children in the rain, he enjoys a nice warm bath. Now, Icarus, had been in the hospital for quite some time. So he was never given enough time to spend with his children. So while he is taking a bath, he thanks the rain because it helped him bond with his children.

I don't know....
