When I hear this song I imagine a little story line, here is how it goes
Some guy comes into the middle of the town and starts playing some new age music (part 1) and then out of no where this guy with a monocle appears and starts playing (part 2) so they start battling each other (the mixtures) and the ticing and tocking(part 4) is the crowd appearing wondering what's up and at the same time when the 2 music groups work together they enjoy it hence the bell at the end someone appears showing them how well they work together and so they continued on working together (of-course until they decide it's time to split up again after a fight xP)
