this song tells a story: its halloween night and 2 children are dared to go into a haunted house there. The wind gets heavy and the door shut on them. Both scared. They hear music which freaks them out more. Turns out its not a real haunted house its where a band called "Neon Pumpkin" practices their music. They overheard the children being dared to go in so they play a song to make them feel better. After the band is done the children realize the time and quickly return to outside where the other children are trick or treating
