Fireflys are by far one of my favorite creatures ever! They used to be by the falls all the time where I live. But due to pollution they have sadly left.

I noticed that they only stay in more quieter secluded places. But they are super magical.

There was a time when I was camping in the boundary waters. And my flashlight went out at night. And this area is where the wild really roam free. I was kinda freaked out, until I started seeing little flashing lights along both sides of the path to the bathroom. It looked much like the picture I posted here. Just picture a narrow moonlit path with hundreds of fireflies surrounding you!

It was THE most magical thing I have ever seen! You guys, if you haven't been camping yet. I'd totally go with a group of good friends :) So worth it!
