Entei (#243) is a Fire-type Lengendary Pokemon.
It is not known to evolve into or from any pokemon. Along with Raikou and Suicune, it is one of the legendary beasts created by Ho-Oh. Entei is said to represent "flames". Entei resembles a lion-like pokemon with some mastiff qualities. It is said that an Entei is born whenever a new volcano appears. It is also said that whenever Entei roars, a volcano erupts somewhere in the world.

This song is pointing out that the Entei in Pokemon movie 3: Spell of the Unown, is not the REAL Entei; it's just a delusional fictionous manifestation created by the mind of a young girl and the power of the Unown. So, this song makes a fun at that movie and basically says "HEY! the REAL Entei is a strong creature, beware it's tremendous power!"
