Maybe you've heard about the Bastrop Fire that started on Sept. 5 and took well over 3 weeks to finally put out. That same day, three other major fires erupted in nearby areas. Where I lived was surrounded by fire on 4 sides, and it was during a flurry of tension and anxiety while waiting to hear updates on the fires that I began working on this song. Fortunately, the crisis passed in my area with my home unharmed.

Unfortunately, before I could finish the song my hard drive died. Now, I'm finally able to finish and post it just in time for Halloween.
